Ambrette Seeds, also called Musk grains, (Abelmoschus moschatus M.) are used in the cosmetics- and perfume industry as substitute for real musk.
Anise Seeds (Pimpinelle anisum) are used in the spice- and tea industry.
Caraway Seeds (Carum carvi) are used in the spice- tea- and bread industry. They are available also as Powder and crushed.
Fennel Seeds (Foeniculum vulgare) are used in the spice- and tea industry.
Fennugreek Seeds (Trigonella foenum- graecum) are used in the tea industry and partly in the spice industry.
